Biography of Colleen Diedericks

About Colleen Diedericks: Colleen was a Foundation Phase Subject Advisor for 7 years in the metro South education district. Before becoming a subject advisor, she had 26 years of teaching experience in both Foundation Phase and Intermediate Phase. She served as the Foundation Phase Department Head for 8 years and holds a B.Ed. Degree, a Diploma in Specialised Education as well as a Primary teachers diploma. After serving the WCED for 32 years, she worked for a short period at READ Education Trust and at UCT School Development unit before joining the WordWorks team as an early literacy specialist.
